General Services
What types of printing and mailing services do you offer?
We offer standard postcards, newsletters, event invitations, and other common printed products as well as customized folod outs and brochures. Our full list is available upon request. Our mailing services include handling our standard printed products as well as custom shipping boxes.
Can you help us design our print materials, or do we need to provide print-ready files?
We can facilitate both scenarios, those who need design help and those who have their designs ready to go. Typically, we charge an hourly rate for our design services, but depending on the size of the project we can offer a lower rate or complimentary services.
Do you work exclusively with ministries and nonprofits?
Our primary goal is to serve ministries and faith-based non-profits. When approached with an opportunity to serve an organization outside of that scope, we will evaluate our team's capacity and make a determination on if we can serve with excellence. If not, we are happy to recommend other businesses that may fit potential needs better.

Pricing
How is pricing determined for print and mail jobs?
Pricing is determined by adding together the print price, the postage (or shipping) price, and the service price. The print price is the cost of the physical product. The postage (or shipping price) is the cost of mail delivery. The service price is the cost of additional services rendered for the project (design, mail list management, production, etc.). Projects will be quoted based on those three factors. Not all projects will incur all three types of costs.
Are there setup fees or minimum order requirements?
Setup fees and minimum order requirements are determined by category & specific product. Most of our print products do not carry a setup fee or minimum order requirement. All of our branded products have both setup fees and minimum order requirements. Please reach out to our team to get specific information on the products you are interested in.

Mailing & Delivery
How do you ensure timely and accurate delivery?
We schedule out delivery dates with standard delivery times in mind. For high-importance projects we will build in extra buffer to account for delays. For rushed timelines, we can upgrade shipping or postage services to expedite delivery. At the end of the day, we rely on shipping & mailing partners (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) to deliver. We have no control over internal delays that those organizations experience.
What kind of tracking or delivery confirmation is available?
Some of our products, like shipped boxes or branded products, will feature digital tracking technology. On smaller mailed pieces, those technologies aren't always available. For every one of our printed & mailed products, we send a complimentary copy to your home so you can know that your piece was delivered and you can see it's quality.
Can you help with mailing list preparation or data cleanup?
Mail list prep and data cleanup is a service we offer. Mail list management services incur an hourly charge, but larger projects may qualify for complimentary services. Reach out to our team to see if your project qualifies.

Process & Timeline
How long does it take to print and mail a project?
Standard print times are 1-3 business days from the time our team receives a final proof of the design. After pieces are printed, it takes 1-2 business days to process for mailing. From there, delivery depends on the type of postage chosen for the order. First class mail can take 3-7 days to be delivered depending on where in the country the mail is being delivered to. We recommend scheduling out mailings well enough in advance to accommodate delays.

How do you communicate throughout the project?
Our team will consistently communicate via email or phone call to navigate key deadlines and decisions. We aim to make the process as seamless as possible for you. If you have a question, you can expect a response within 24 hours (except on the weekends or holidays).
What happens if there’s an issue with my order?
We are not perfect, but we are committed to always doing right by our customers. If you have any sort of issue at all, reach out to our team or your dedicated point of contact and we will work to ensure that we get the problem sorted out.

Design & Customization
Can you match our brand colors and fonts?
Yes. If we are custom designing a piece, we will start by gathering your logos, pictures you want included, brand colors, and fonts to create the piece in alignment with your branding standards.
Do you provide any design templates?
We can provide templates that will help you get off a blank page. You can customize those templates and continue to use them free of charge. Our custom design team can also create templates that are specific to your organization for an hourly charge (some complimentary services may apply).
